We were sad to depart Walt Disney World this morning...but we were able to have one more time together with the Fisher Family. Aaron & Paul, and parents Virginia and Gene, came down from their home in Wintergarden, FL to have breakfast at the Caribbean Beach Resort's Port Royale. We had a great breakfast and of course more time to review the wonderful times that we were able to share at Walt Disney and of course at good old Kings Island. Thanks again for being wonderful hosts...and providing Jim and John with a DREAM vacation!!

We next headed southwest on I-4 to John's Aunt Wilma & Uncle Bob Elmer's in Sun City Center. We were warmly greeted....with a special sign (see photo below), lots of sunshine...and great food. After getting settled in their beautiful home, Bob & Wilma took us to Goodson's Strawberry Farm, where we enjoyed a lunch of "Pressed Cuban" sandwiches and the most amazingly fresh strawberry shortcake. It was to die for!!

After relaxing back at the Elmer's home, we caught up on the blog (sorry its taken awhile), and shared the first two books that we have created from Jim and John's Junket (2012). It was great to relive the first 4 weeks of our wonderfkul western expedition with Wilma and Bob. Bob also gave us a tour of plantings around their home...including a tasting from his "honey bell" and "lemon" trees. Yum!

It was hard to believe, but we were ready to eat dinner. Aunt Wilma and Bob had prepared a wonderful layered salad, Polish Kielbasa with potatoes augratin, brocolli, carrots and cheese....and of course a frozen strawberry dessert. Everything was delicious! We're going to have to keep up our "Disney" pace of walking (we logged walking over 46 miles in 4 days!) exercise after all these meals!!
